As it is written, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God”.
Yesterday, the holiday/ July 4th- we ate plenty- how much of that was healthy? How much of it was healthy for your brain (the temple of your mind). Remember our brains are the physical location of our thoughts... If our brains are 'clean' and healthy it is more likely that our minds/ our thoughts would be too...
There are some things that we eat and drink that are said to be better for our brain health; which helps with our mind health. Our healthy thinking. Fatty fish like salmon, coffee ( And if you don’t like coffee- green tea), blueberries, turmeric ( ok what is that.. lol), broccoli (OK- I know what that is), pumpkin seeds (when is the last time you had those? ), dark chocolate, nuts ( I see a combination here ), oranges and eggs… Did you consume any of these things yesterday? If so- GREAT JOB... you are working on your brain health and didn't even realize it...
